Hi coach! I just want to personally thank you, Rory, and Billy for helping prepare Connor for an amazing four years at RHS. We loved and appreciated our time and opportunity with the Captains. The defensive drills, running drills, fundamentals, cutoffs, coverages, and tournaments were instrumental for Connor’s development. He became the everyday starting center fielder from freshman through senior year, maintained lifelong Captains friendships, and made countless memories. Our gratitude, Rich. We did a lot of research when looking for a team. The Captains became the obvious choice. They strike the perfect balance between high-level instruction and competition and truly caring about the athletes in their charge. My son has thrived there and wouldn’t leave for anything. His development has been exponential.

We’ve been part of the Captains for a few years. Our son has gained a better knowledge of the game; learned new positions; learned how to deal with adversity and be a team player.

My son joined the Captains this fall and he is soaring. The coaches are supportive, firm, knowledgeable, and they celebrate the boys’ positives while working on the areas that need work.
